As I lay in the closet feeling despondent, the thoughts racing through me were despair. In the midst of the storm, I remember..."You are my fair one; you are my beloved, my favorite. I am with you while you suffer--in your anguish. I will never leave you. You are my fair one." Hard to believe when you are lying sobbing on the cold floor, but what else would sustain me in that moment. What else would cause me to arise, and lift my head up, and continue fighting?
God, You reign Supreme. Strengthen me in the dark hours when the battle is raging, and the victory seems impossible. My faith is in You, and I know the battle is already won. So, I ask You to Deliver me for You delight in me.
The only TRUTH to try to remember in the midst of the storm is that 'I will never leave you or forsake you" and that what God says about you in His word is the truth. NOT what the accuser rages around you screaming . Jesus will meet you in your place of pain, and reveal Himself to you. He is a Jealous Husband over you and will fight for you to bring you His justice. Bless you Mandy.
And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen....Romans 16:20...He is such a good God, a Mighty and Majestic God, who stands on who He is, what He says he can do, who He has made you in Christ, teaching you and me that we can do ALL THINGS through Him!
